According to data from Net Applications, Microsoft Explorer browser market shares continues to drop, now accounts for only 62.89% of the overall browser market. If this trends continues, Microsoft Explorer browser might fall below 60% within 3 - 4 months. The analysis shows that the drop of Microsoft Explorer browser is not related to the Firefox browser, but more related to raising of Google Chrome browser, Safari browser, and Opera browser. Google Chrome browser rose to 4.63% of the browser market share, Safari browser rose to 4.46% and Opera browser rose to 2.4%. With all the distribution deals Google signed with PC manufacturers like Sony, Google Chrome browser is now the third largest browser in the market.
